Roy Atkinson is an IT support professional. He is the president of the Northern New England Chapter of HDI (http://www.hdinne.org), and has served as a member of HDI's national conference faculty. He is an HDI Certified Support Center Manager.
In addition, Roy is a professional member of the Association for Computing Machinery and the Association of Support Professionals.
